The
Villa has five bathrooms and Seven large beautifully furnished
bedrooms. It has two separate air-conditioning/central heating
systems and is unbelievably spacious, over 3,800 square feet of
living accommodation. It is ideal for large families, multiple
families or indeed groups of friends. It is fully equipped with
all appliances, utensils, towels and linens, nursery equipment
in the form of crib/cot and a children's high-chair is also provided. |

The property enjoys no less than three Master Suites
each of which are provided with telephone and remote control televisions.
Master bedrooms 1 and 2 each have U.S. King sized beds (equivalent
to U.K. Super King) Master bedroom 3 has a U.S. Queen sized bed
(equivalent to U.K. King size). The en-suite to Master Suite 1
has a walk in closet, 'his and hers' vanity units, large shower
cubicle and a marble Roman style tub. Master Suites 2-3 also enjoy
en-suite facilities with W.C. baths and showers. A big advantage
is that Master Suite 3 is situated on the ground floor, a great
boon if any member of your party has difficulty with stairs. Bedrooms
4, 5, 6 and 7 each have twin beds and all but one have direct
access to the additional bathrooms.
We have also provided two full sized roll away single beds which can be placed in any of the bedrooms you require with comfort. The Villa therefore accommodates 16 guests plus a baby. The kitchen is fully fitted to a superior standard with every conceivable convenience including microwave, cooker, broiler, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Adjoining the kitchen area is the Nook, a sunny breakfast area which overlooks the extended patio and swimming pool. There is also a separate utility room which has a washing machine, dryer, steam iron and ironing board. The main living area is a magnificent family room which is lavishly furnished and carpeted. It comes complete with Cable television, VCR and surround-sound Hi-Fi system with C.D. There is a separate large lounge and formal dining room, ideal for cosy family dinners. No expense has been spared, each room is brought to life with magnificent works by contemporary artists. We have also added a superb games room with pool table, table top soccer, a further television, VCR and surround-sound Hi-Fi. One of the main attractions is the beautiful 30ft x 15ft heated pool with underwater lighting. Alongside the pool is the Jacuzzi Spa. The area is enhanced by an extended decking area all of which is covered by a mesh enclosure which provides full protection against insects, without stopping your sun tan! Patio furniture includes table, parasol, chairs and sun loungers. Beach towels are provided as are pool inflatables for the kids to use. Added benefits of choosing this Villa is a large gas barbecue, telephone with free local calls, and provided at no extra cost are Tennis Racquets plus balls, Volleyballs, Basketballs, two sets of golf clubs and a large cool box with freezer blocks.
